What is Instarem?
InstaReM is a digital transfer service that was founded in 2015. It is based on the idea of instant, low-cost online transfers.
InstaReM can complete your international money transfer faster than many of its competitors, with customers typically receiving their funds within 1-2 business days. This is due to their incredibly strong and unique global banking network.
InstaReM currently supports transfers from the following currencies to a EUR bank account: AUD, CAD, GBP, HKD, INR, MYR, SGD, and USD. You will earn loyalty points with each InstaReM transaction. When you’ve accumulated enough InstaPoints, you can use them to get discounts on your next transfer or cashback into your amaze wallet. Transfers with InstaReM are already reasonably priced, but InstaPoints will help you save even more!

- You can connect up to five Mastercard credit or debit cards, and use Amaze as the main card
- Convert your offline spending to online spending (Good to chalk online spending – Citi Rewards Card; 4miles per dollar). Transaction MCC remains the same
- Overseas transactions are converted into SGD (no FCY fees apply, but FX spreads apply) and SGD will be charged to the connected master credit/debit card
- There are no minimum income requirements or annual fees
If you don’t receive your physical card right away, you can still start spending by using the virtual card (sadly only Google Pay is supported at the moment).
When a transaction is charged to the Amaze Card, two things occur:
Firstly, Amaze uses its own internal exchange rate to convert any foreign currency (FCY) amounts into Singapore dollars.
Then, Amaze then charges the amount in Singapore dollars to the connected master credit/debit card.
Every transaction using Amaze card is a two-step processes, and Amaze card simply acts as a passthrough. Therefore, you will have no surprise bills to pay at the end of every month. Instead, you can simply just settle your outstanding balance with connected master debit or credit card.
