What is BigFundr and Why Use It
BigFundr is a Singapore investment platform, founded in 2019. It offers short-term loans to real estate projects. Investors put money into individual “Deals” and earn fixed interest, credited monthly. BigFundr holds a first legal charge over the underlying property for its loans.

- Backing: As at 31 December 2025, 90% owned by Maxi-Cash Capital Management, part of the Aspial group.
- Scale: More than 11,000 investors on the platform as of 2026.
- Returns: SGD Deals advertised at up to 4.8% p.a. Actual rates vary by Deal.
- Minimum: S$1,000 for SGD Deals; A$20,000 or US$20,000 for AUD/USD Deals.
Why people use it: it sits between T-bills or fixed deposits and equities. The yield is higher than a bank deposit, and you get a fixed tenor and predictable monthly interest. The trade-off is that your returns are not guaranteed, and your money is committed until the loan is repaid.

As a new user
